Terms and Conditions

The Sans Rewards program ("Program") is offered to San’s Tours & Car Rentals (Sans) customers at the sole discretion of Sans, and is open only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective province/territory of residence, have a valid email address, and have enrolled in the Program ("Member(s)"). By participating in the Program, Members can earn Sans Rewards points ("Sans Rewards points" or "Points") for valid bookings made through Sans (www.sanstours.com or www.travelhotelz.com) and redeem available Points  in their Sans Rewards Accounts (“Account” or “Accounts”) for available rewards, subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to earn Sans Rewards points, eligible booking  must be completed. This means that you or other user(s) who booked using your email address ("Email"), must stay in the hotel booked, use the car hire you reserved, or used the ticket(s) or voucher(s) for the event/activity for which you booked and paid. The terms "you" and "your" throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to any Member and any customer eligible to participate in the Program.

Membership in Sans Rewards is void if prohibited by law in the province/territory or country of the Member's residence, and subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations.

Sans may at its sole discretion modify any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Program—including, but not limited to, the conditions for membership, the rules for earning and redeeming Sans Rewards points, including the rates at which Sans Rewards points may be earned or redeemed, the expiration policy for Points, and the products and services on which Points may be earned and redeemed—at any time, even though these changes may affect your ability to use any Points or benefits you have already earned. In the event these Terms and Conditions are modified, we will provide you notice at least thirty (30) days before the amendment comes into effect, by posting the amended terms and conditions online. You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your participation in the Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the amendment comes into force, using the information in the notice.

Sans reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Sans Rewards Member it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in a fraudulent or deceptive manner. Any attempt by any Sans Rewards Member to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sans reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sans to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sans makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind concerning the Program.

You release Sans and its affiliates and partners from all liability regarding the earning, redemption, and use of Sans Rewards points, including any rewards that, after receipt, may be lost, stolen, or destroyed. Sans suppliers are in no way affiliated with or responsible for Sans Rewards Program administration.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Sans decides to terminate the Program. Sans may terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination, you will have ninety (90) days from the date Program termination is announced to use available Sans Rewards points remaining in your Sans Rewards Account. After that date, any Points will be forfeited without compensation.

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Sans may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the website and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment

Any enrolled Member of Sans Rewards can earn points for a booking with Sans and its associated partners, provided the respective terms & conditions of booking and payment are met.

Earning Points

Sans will only award points for eligible bookings made with Member’s registered Email. You will also earn points for any additional bookings for other individuals booked using your Email.

After completing an eligible booking, the amount of Sans Rewards points will be calculated and awarded within fourteen (14) working days after completion of travel or end of usage. For the sake of clarity, “completed travel” and “end of usage” mean that you or other travelers booked under your Email must have completed the stay in the hotel booked, used your self-drive vehicle during the agreed rental period (“Rental Period”) or used the ticket(s) or voucher(s) for the event/activity for which you booked and paid.  Rental Period is any pre-determined length of time you will use the self-drive vehicle, with payment on a monthly basis for long term rental.  Once credited into Member’s Account, Sans Rewards points are eligible to be used by the Member for redemption purposes.  Sans Rewards points will only be earned for actual usage of Sans’ products/services.  No Sans Rewards points will be earned for change or cancellation fees imposed by suppliers, payment of mandatory taxes and personal miscellaneous expenses like fuel cost and parking fee.  

Sans reserves the right to rescind at any time any Sans Rewards points that were earned or awarded for incomplete or unused bookings. Sans Rewards points will be rescinded in cases where a Member receives a refund, from either Sans or a travel supplier or vendor. Points earned pursuant to fraudulent, sham or falsified information will be rescinded by Sans.

Sans has the right to monitor all Member Account activity. If your Sans Rewards Account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Sans may close or freeze your Account immediately, and you may lose your accrued Sans Rewards points. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Sans reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you may be liable for monetary losses to Sans, including litigation costs and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in Sans Rewards in the future. Bookings discovered to be fraudulent will have their Sans Rewards points rescinded, and the Account associated with such fraudulent bookings will be frozen from further Point earning or redemption activity. To contest freezing of an account or the rescinding of Sans Rewards points, please contact Sans Customer Support (support365@sanstours.com.sg). If your Account does not represent the correct number of Sans Rewards points that you should have been awarded as determined by Sans, Sans reserves the right to augment or decrement your Point balance. If you believe your Account has been the subject of any suspicious activity, please contact Sans Customer Support (support365@sanstours.com.sg)  immediately. If it is determined you have been the victim of a fraud, the Points you have earned may be transferred to a new Account.

Rewards Point accumulation and redemption activity can be accessed on your Member Account. Sans Rewards points and rewards may not be traded or redeemed for cash. Sans Rewards points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interests in Sans Rewards points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability that may be related to participation in Sans Rewards and redemption of any rewards.

If a Member believes he or she did not receive the correct amount of Sans Rewards points for a booking, the Member must contact Sans Customer Support (support365@sanstours.com.sg)  within ninety (90) days from the booking/usage end date. Sans will make the final determination as to whether Points adjustments of any kind are justified for the booking in question

Points Expiration

Sans Rewards points have a validity of twenty four (24) months from date of award.  Once expired, Sans Rewards points will not be reinstated.

Points Redemption

Sans Rewards points can be redeemed for products/services available in the Rewards Catalogue. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and balance payment if required, must be made via credit cards.  Members will not, under any circumstances, request Sans to void the redemption and reinstate the Points utilized.

There is no fee to redeem your Points. Sans will deduct from your Account the amount of points you elect to use toward your eligible redemption. You may only complete your redemption process if you have enough points in your Account.

Points Purchase

Members may purchase additional Points online via their registered Account if they have insufficient available Points to redeem their choice product(s). Purchased Points have a validity of twenty four (24) months and must be paid for via accepted credit cards.
